Can I change my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can update your coffee selection, frequency, or cancel at any time through your account.

How do I manage my subscriptions

Access your Subscription Portal through your LatitudeCoffee.com account login. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one using the same email address used at checkout. 

Once your account is activated, you can log in and access your Subscription Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions button. After logging in, this button will be above your Order History.

You can also access your account using a direct link to the Subscription Portal. This link is normally sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Nope! Flexibility is key. You can subscribe for as long as you like, hassle-free.

Can I pause my subscriptions?

Yes, you can pause your subscriptions.

  1. Login to you subscription portal.
  2. Click on the “See More Details” option for the subscription you’d like to pause.
  3. Then you will see the option to Pause at the top of page.
Can I resume my paused subscriptions?

Yes, you can resume your paused subscriptions.

1. Login to you subscription portal.

2. Click on the “See More Details” option for the subscription you’d like to resume.

3. Then you will see the option to Resume at the top of page.

Can I reschedule or skip my next subscription?
  1. Login to the subscription portal.
  2. Click on the “See More Details” option for the subscription you’d like to adjust.
  3. There, you’ll find options to Reschedule or Skip your next shipment.
Can I swap a subscription product for something else?

To swap a product:

  1. Login to the subscription portal.
  2. Under the subscription you want to edit, select See more deails.
  3. Select Edit option
  4. Swap this for a different product
  5. Choose a product to swap for the current product and click Swap.

Review the product options and select Swap product to confirm. 

When will my coffee ship?

Your coffee will be roasted and shipped based on your chosen schedule, ensuring maximum freshness. Flavored Coffee may take up to 2 business days to be processed.

Can I edit the delivery frecuency for a subscription?

To edit the frequency for a subscription: 

  1. Login to the subscription portal.
  2. Under the subscription you want to edit, select See more detail.
  3. You can change the quantity of products and frequency, then select Save changes to confirm.
How do I manage addresses or update an existing shipping address?

You can update existing shipping addresses from the Shipping tab:

  1. Login to your subscription portal.
  2. Click on See more details button.
  3. Click the Edit button on the address you want to update.
Is shipping free for subscriptions?

Yes! If your subscription order totals $35 or more, shipping is completely free. For orders below $35, standard shipping rates will apply.

How do I add products to my subscription?
  1. Login to Subscriptions portal.
  2. Click on the "See more details" button.
  3. To add a product to your next order, click on your already subscribed product, then click on the "Add product" button.
  4. Use the Search Bar up top to find the product
  5. Click Add
  6. Select Bag Size and Whole Bean or Ground via the drop-down menus.  Use the plus and minus buttons to choose desired quantity.
  7. Click Add to order to confirm.
How do I remove products from my subscription?
  1. Login to you Subscription Portal.
  2. Click See more Details.
  3. Select from the list the product you want to delete.
  4. Look for the Remove Product button.
  5. Then click on Save.
How do I add a discount on my recurring subscription orders?

Codes must be entered during the coupon’s advertised eligibility period.  However, your order does NOT need to be charged during the eligibility period to receive this discount. Savings will be applied whenever your order processes next. 

  1. Login to your Subscription Portal.
  2. Click on See more details.
  3. Enter coupon code and click Apply discount code.
  4. When your order processes on the date scheduled, you will automatically receive
    the coupon’s added savings.
How do I cancel a subscription
  1. Login to LatitudeCoffee.com and click the Manage Subscriptions button above your Order History
  2. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
  3. Click the Cancel Subscription link, located below the subscription information.
  4. Provide a cancelation reason and click Next, then confirm by selecting Cancel subscription.
